For nearly three years, I had the opportunity to work alongside ex-SendGrid cofounder and CEO on a new startup called Memo. While the experience was incredibly rewarding, we ultimately decided to close the project after not achieving product-market fit. At Memo, I collaborated closely with the leadership team to define product strategy and direction, built a foundation for design from our very first pixels to user interviews, and played a key role in shaping the company’s culture by bringing transparency and collaboration to our design process.

From conducting user interviews at truck stop diners in the heart of Texas oil fields to seeing huge reductions in churn and onboarding times for enterprise software, I’m grateful for the diverse and memorable experiences in my career.
